Dementia Resources
State Plan

The State Plan Steering Committee is comprised of 11 voting members and meets quarterly. DHS and the Johnson Foundation at Wingspread c0-hosted a stakeholder "Dementia Summit" in March 2018 to lay the foundation for the State Plan. An overview of the Summit and its work is included in the document in this link. In addition to the Steering Committee I am serving as the co-chair of the Communications Committee. We will provide links to the Steering Committee website when it is up and running. If you have suggestions as to how we can make the State Dementia Plan better, we would love to hear from you!
